Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of organizational change and development on the performance of CV AJ Sumenep employees. This research uses multiple linear analysis methods. The variables used in this research are organizational change (X1) and organizational development (X2), which are hypothesized to influence employee performance (Y). The sample consisted of 37 people using a purposive sampling method. A questionnaire instrument was used as data collector. Validity and reliability testing of indicators and variable concepts. Based on the results of partial and simultaneous multiple linear regressionanalysis, organizational change and development variables positively and significantly affect employee performance at CV AJ Sumenep.
